Instructions for Printing and Submitting Application Forms

You can read the General Instructions and the Form 2A Memorandum pertaining to the issue and other legal requirements by clicking on Form 2A (Please note that this page will take some time to download)

The form can be printed, filled up in English in Block Letters and submitted to the nearest banker to the issue. For a list of bankers to the issue please click on Collecting Bankers above

Investors who click on the form are deemed to have read the General Instructions and the Form 2A Memorandum

Each form runs into 3 pages. The first page will be retained by the bank for its records while the third page will be the counterfoil for the investor's records.

NRI investors in the United States of America may please note that this application form does not tantamount to directly soliciting investments and that no documents have been filed with the US authorities

Please enclose your payment along with the form and submit it to the nearest bank as per Instruction 2 above. Please note that Cheques, DDs and Stockinvests are subject to realization.
