entered into an MOU with APT Consulting Team Inc., AETEA Information Technology Inc.
and RomBHUS Inc. for technical and marketing support.
- Main business is
providing services in Internet, Intranet, E-Commerce Business, Software Development and
Training Services, Multi media and Digital Graphic Studio.
- Total Income has increased from Rs 0.49 lakhs in 1998 to Rs
1.7 lakhs in 1999. Net profit during the same period increased from Rs 0.05 lakhs to Rs
0.08 lakhs. During the 11 month period ending 15th February 2000, the total income was Rs.
10.47 lakhs and the net profit was Rs. 2.38 lakhs.
- Mr. Nair, Raju and Ganesh are the promoters, who have
experience in different industry.
- Total project cost is estimated at Rs. 675 lakhs, out of
which the company would be setting up an overseas marketing office in US, develop
E-Commerce and web designing & Maintenance centers. It also plans to set up and ISP,
Cybercafes and Software development and Training centers.
- Application by NRIs/OCBs is to be made only on a
non-repatriable basis.
